Koverage Insurance Group, a Division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, is looking for an experience and outgoing Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team! This position is offered in a hybrid remote work capacity (3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week). This position can be based out of any of our offices located in Middletown, Enfield, New Hartford, Clinton, or Milford, CT.

The Personal Lines Department operates as a supportive, team environment. This position is responsible for assisting new and current clients with all of their personal insurance needs relating to new coverage, renewals, and day-to-day servicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to clients’ needs by providing consistent, accurate, and timely communication via phone and email correspondence.
  • Maintains client files accurately and consistently by documenting conversations, keeping up to date on activities, sending confirmations, and obtaining signed documents, while following workflows in the Agency Management System.
  • Becomes a trusted adviser to clients by educating them about coverage gaps, exclusions, and exposures and rounding out policies as needs are identified.
  • Prepares and submits applications as well as renews client policies in adherence of agency standards while ensuring follow up for timely responses.
  • Handles cancellations with care, saving all accounts possible with adherence to E&O guidelines.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with all agency stakeholders through positive interactions, effective communication, and ensuring follow through of set expectations.
  • Conducts in-person meetings with the clients, as necessary.
  • Actively participates in company meetings as well as learning & development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Personal Lines Insurance
  • Valid Property & Casualty License.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level of interpersonal skills with a client-service focused mind-set.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented.
  • Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and follow through on set expectations.
  • Solutions driven problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills.
  • Proficient with of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams.
